Change Please is a social enterprise based in London, UK that trains people experiencing homelessness as baristas, giving them a living wage job, training, and opportunities. As Change Please introduces its first coffee shop to Paris, France a B2C strategy needed to be developed. How can we revolutionize the coffee shop experience as we engage business to consumer?
